Bara Brith Loaf

There has always been some confusion
and disagreement over what is a truly authentic Bara Brith. In order to
cater to the opposing factions we produce both.
Our Bara Brith Loaf has a more
bread- like texture due mainly to the addition of yeast to the recipe.
Comparable to a fruit loaf, a popular serving method for this product is
toasted with butter.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
INGREDIENTS: Wheat
flour, raisins, sultanas, bun spice, yeast, dextrose, salt, vegetable oil,
emulsifier (E481, E472, E471), flour improver (E300, E920).
